Kevin Truelson (born January 31, 1981 in Weymouth , Massachusetts ) is an American ice hockey player who has played for the Wichita Thunder in the Central Hockey League on the position of defender since 2009 .

Career

Kevin Truelson started his career in 1999 at the University of New Hampshire in the college and university league NCAA in the USA, where he spent a total of four years. During this time he twice reached the NCAA Frozen Four tournament, where the championship was played. Truelson spent his previous professional career in North America with the ECHL , where he was signed to the Fresno Falcons in 2003 . The right- shooter came to the Bakersfield Condors in California via the stations of Gwinnett Gladiators and Long Beach Ice Dogs . In the summer of 2009 he signed a one-year contract with SG Cortina .

Before the 2007/08 season he had a trial contract with the Iserlohn Roosters in the German Ice Hockey League . During the probationary period, he could not recommend himself for a contract for the entire season and was not licensed for the season.
