Kfar (also Kefar) Hess is a moshaw in the Sharon plain in Israel .

location

Kfar Hess is located about 30 km northeast of Tel Aviv and administratively belongs to the Lev HaScharon regional administration in the central district (Israel) .

history

Kfar Hess was founded in 1931. The moshaw is named after the early German socialist and 1848 revolutionary Moses Hess , who wrote one of the fundamental works of Zionism in Rome and Jerusalem when he was old .

On November 10, 2001, a Palestinian terrorist shot dead the Israeli security officer of the moshav, Aharon Ussishkin, for 50 years and seriously injured two others in front of the moshav.
