Kfar Truman ( Hebrew כְּפַר טְרוּמַן) Is an Israeli moshav , the Regional Council Chevel Modi'in in central district is managed and located in the lowland in the east of Ben Gurion airport is located.

history

Originally the place was called Bneï Harel ( Hebrew בְּנֵי הַרְאֵל), who served in 1949 by the Harel Brigade ( Hebrew חֲטִיבַת הַרְאֵל, Chatiwat Harel) of Palmach , was founded. In 1950, however, the settlement was renamed after the US President Harry S. Truman . The neighboring forest of the same name, Kfar Truman , was named after his daughter Margaret Truman.
