The Khawr Karora ( Tigrinya , also: Carora, Karora, Kerora, Khawr Karora, Khor Karora ) is a wadi in the Eritrean region (Zoba) Semienawi Kayih Bahri near Ras Kasar .

The river runs near the border between Eritrea and Sudan . There is an estuary in the Berisse Bay and an alternative course flows a little further south ( ). The surrounding area is largely desert. The capital Asmara is 280 km away.
