Ólafur Arnalds and Janus Rasmussen first met in Reykjavík . The first EP 65 / Milo was released in 2009 and was released in collaboration with Rival Consoles . Their first album, Kiasmos , was released in 2014. The duo has played at Ritter Butzke , Watergate and Wilde Renate , among others .
Janus Rasmussen has been forming the band Byrta since 2013 together with the Faroese singer Guðrið Hansdóttir . In addition, both are also active as solo artists.
