Kim Hye-soo (born September 5, 1970 in Busan ) is a South Korean actress .
Life
In The Face Reader (2013) she plays a Gisaeng and shaman who supports the protagonist (played by Song Kang-ho ) and brings them to Hanyang . In 2015 she played the lead role in the film Coin Locker Girl , as a loan shark who raises a girl from a coin locker to a debt collector.
Her two younger brothers, Kim Dong-hyeon and Kim Dong-hee, are also actors.
Kim holds a bachelor's degree in theater and film from Dongguk University . She also has a Masters degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Sungkyunkwan University , but admitted in 2013 that she plagiarized her Masters thesis.
