action

The film is about Kim Ji-young, who was born in 1982. It contains many flashbacks that show how the carefree girl Ji-young became the woman she is now. She is now married and takes care of her daughter Ah-young as a housewife. Her husband, Dae-hyeon, observes strange behavior in her. At times she seems possessed. He describes this observation of a psychiatrist who suspects postpartum mood crises. However, she must speak to Ji-young directly. Dae-hyeon doesn't want to confront her directly with the subject and tells her to make an appointment because of her forgetfulness.

Ji-young seems very stressed and the New Year is approaching. This involves family celebrations where Ji-young would be confronted with Dae-hyeon's mother and would be busy preparing food, etc. Since Dae-hyeon is worried about Ji-young, he suggests simply going on vacation and not her Visiting parents. But Ji-young refuses. She fears that Dae-hyeon's mother will blame her if her son does not visit her. In addition, Dae-hyeon himself said about the wedding that all the family celebrations are not that stressful.

With Dae-hyeon's family, Ji-young can hardly find peace and always has to make food. She suddenly had a fit and spoke aggressively to her in-laws. Dae-hyeon immediately knows what's going on and returns with her. But Ji-young still wants to see her mother. She sleeps long in her parents' house. She found a pen from her brother Ji-seok that she always wanted. Your father brought this Ji-seok back from a business trip.

A flashback shows how Ji-young once worked in a marketing company. A department head is repeatedly exposed to discrimination because she is married and has a child, but still works. Ji-seok applied for her department but was not considered. That's why she thinks she'd hate her. In an interview, however, the department head tells her that she is doing an excellent job. The reason she wasn't taken was to put together a long-term team, and women eventually went into motherhood.

Ji-young still has a good relationship with her former work colleagues. One day a scandal breaks out in the company when they discover that a small toilet has been installed in the ladies' room, the videos of which are then distributed in various chats. Ji-young was shocked to remember her first time she was sexually molested. Meanwhile, Dae-hyeon speaks to his mother and tells her that Ji-young is sick. His mother should leave Ji-young alone. At work, Dae-hyeon's company has a seminar on sexual harassment in the workplace. He then hears other employees talking how they talk about paternity leave, and that employees who make use of it are fired or at least not considered for promotions.

Ji-young also learns that the early head of department has set up her own business, so she applies and gets a job. She would be looking for a babysitter. However, no one answers their ads.
