Kim Robertson (athlete)

Kim Robertson (born March 10, 1957 ) is a former New Zealand sprinter .

At the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch in 1974, she was fifth in the 4 x 100 meters relay . Over 100 m and 200 m she was eliminated in the lead.

In 1997 she won bronze over 200 m at the Pacific Conference Games . At the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton in 1978 , she was fourth with the New Zealand 4 x 100 meter relay and reached the semi-finals over 100 m and 200 m.

The following year, she was seventh over 200 m at the Athletics World Cup in Montreal in 1979 and sixth with the ocean team in the 4 x 100 meter relay and the 4 x 400 meter relay .

The Olympic boycott of New Zealand prevented participation in the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow.

At the Commonwealth Games in Brisbane in 1982 she was fifth over 400 m and sixth with the New Zealand 4 x 400 meter relay.

In 1985 she won bronze over 200 m at the World Indoor Athletics Games in Paris and was fifth over 60 m .

Seven times she was New Zealand champion over 200 m (1977–1980, 1982–1984) and six times over 100 m (1977–1980, 1982, 1983) and 400 m (1977, 1979, 1980, 1982–1984). In 1984 she became Australian champion over 400 m.
