Kim Tae-yeon (born June 27, 1988 in Seoul ) is a South Korean football player who plays in the Thai League for Samut Prakan City FC .

Career

society

As a teenager, he played in France for FC Metz from 2004 to 2005 . He signed his first contract in Japan with the J1 League club Vissel Kobe . Here he played ten games. In 2010 he moved to the second Japanese division, the J2 League for Ehime FC . After 28 games, he moved to J2 League competitor Mito HollyHock , where he scored two goals in 47 games. In 2010 he joined the J2 League club Fagiano Okayama , where he scored once in 22 games. In 2011 he moved to the Japanese capital Tokyo , where he signed a contract with Tokyo Verdy but was not used. After the Hinserie he went to his home country South Korea , where he signed a contract with Daejeon Citizen . For the club he played 79 times in the K League Classic and scored five goals. In the period from 2014 to 2015 he played with little success at Shenyang Zhongze FC, Gwangju FC and Busan IPark . In 2016 he went back to Japan to play 31 games at Roasso Kumamoto . A new chapter in his career began in 2017. He went to Thailand in the Thai League and signed a contract with Pattaya United . He has played 66 games here since 2017. For the 2019 season, Kim signed a contract with Samut Prakan City FC. Here he played 15 games by July 2019 and scored one goal. After the end of the contract, the contract was not extended. Kim has been without a club since mid-2019.

National team

In 2007 he played once for the South Korean U-20 national team .
