Kipferlkoch

Kipferlkoch is an Austrian specialty. This pastry can be made from old pastries , butter , sugar , apples , eggs and raisins . For the above ingredients and in milk pre-soaked croissants one is dough made subsequently in a fireproof dish in the oven baked.

Kipferlkoch has a similar recipe to the pastry pyre, also from Austria .
