Kirch Grambow is a place in the district of Northwest Mecklenburg . Since July 1, 2011 it has been part of the Wedendorfersee community . It is located on the east bank of the Wedendorfer See about 300 meters southeast of the main town Wedendorf .

history

Village church

The old village church , which was first mentioned in 1267, is worth seeing . The altar and pulpit date from the late 17th century, the bells were cast under two patrons of von Bernstorff : Joachim von Bernstorff in 1736 and Johann Hartwig Ernst von Bernstorff in 1749 . The latter was the royal Danish envoy and later Danish minister and was elevated to the rank of count in 1767 because of his excellent services.
