The church of Eksjö (Swedish: Eksjö kyrka ) is a church building in the Swedish church in the Swedish city of Eksjö . The patron saint of the church is St. Lawrence.

The church, located in the center of downtown Eksjö, was built between 1887 and 1889 according to plans by Johan Fredrik Åbom . Predecessor buildings have existed since the Middle Ages. First a wooden church was built, which was later replaced by a stone building. The church tower, which is still present today, was added to a church from 1666 in 1784. In 1887, this previous building, which was considered inadequate, was torn down and replaced by the current building, whereby the tower through which the main entrance to the church leads was retained. The nave has transepts.

The baptismal font in the church dates from 1659. The altar and pulpit were made in 1698. The oldest of the twelve chandeliers in the church is dated to 1608.

The organ was built in 1967 by Olof Hammarberg and used in an organ front from the 1770s. It replaces an organ from 1867 and has 44 stops on four manuals and pedal .
