Kirchheimer Kunstweg
The Kirchheimer Kunstweg is a sculpture trail in Kirchheim unter Teck in Baden-Württemberg .
Emergence
The Kirchheimer Kunstweg sculpture trail - on the trail of modern art was created in 2004 through an initiative by the work group Attractive Core City. It connects different elements of the city. Starting in a residential street, it crosses the historic core area; Via squares, fountains, parks or green areas, it leads past the Gothic church, the half-timbered town hall and the Renaissance castle to a nearby shopping center, the town hall, the hospital and ends at the school in a suburb.
The declared aim of the Kirchheimer Kunstweg is to raise awareness of contemporary sculptures by German and international sculptors.
