The steam locomotive series CLB IId and CLB IIe were express train - steam locomotive series of the Galician Carl Ludwig-Bahn (CLB).

The 18 type 1B express train locomotives procured by the CLB were delivered by the Esslingen machine factory in 1870 and 1871 and by the Wiener Neustädter Lokomotivfabrik in 1878 and 1882. They were classified as CLB IId and CLB IIe and were given the designation 22.31–48 by the kk Austrian State Railways (kkStB)  after nationalization in 1892 . In 1892 they were subjected to a new boiler. The table shows the data for the new boiler.

The IId machines had the following names : LWÓW , KRAKÓW , JANÓW , LUBIÉN , GROM , PODOLE , ISKRA , WULKA , POŁOT and LIPZ .

In 1917 three copies still appear in the kkStB stand, but they disappeared in the turmoil at the end of the war . Two are likely to have come to the Polish State Railways (PKP), one to Russia.

Finally, it should be noted that the kkStB also classified express locomotives from the Kronprinz Rudolf-Bahn (KRB) as class 22 . However, in 1905 January 22–04 were redrawn as 122 .01–04. 22.11-19 also came from the KRB, were originally 10 .01-09 and were finally in 1905 122.11-19.
