The kkStB series of tenders 23 was a series of tenders of the kkStB , whose tenders originally came from the Austrian Northwest Railway (ÖNWB), the Lemberg-Czernowitz-Jassy Railway (LCJE) and the Moravian-Silesian Central Railway (MSCB).

The ÖNWB procured these tenders from 1870 onwards from the Wiener Neustädter Lokomotivfabrik , from Strousberg in Hanover , from Schwartzkopff in Berlin , from the Lokomotivfabrik Floridsdorf and from Ringhoffer in Prague -Smichov. In 1873 the MSCB received two, in 1878 the LCJE eight copies from Floridsdorf.

After the nationalization of the private railways, the kkStB classified the tenders as number  23 . The tenders always remained coupled to the locomotives of their original series (see table).
