Klaus Meetz (born May 23, 1946 in Hamburg ) is a former German volleyball player .

Klaus Meetz played in his home country for Bundesliga club Hamburger SV in the 1960s and 1970s . In 1972 he took part in the Olympic Games in Munich with the German national team, but only finished next to last. With HSV he became German champion in 1976 and 1977 and won the DVV Cup in 1974 and 1977 . After the relegation of HSV in 1979, Klaus Meetz played for two years in the 2nd Bundesliga , where he was promoted again in 1981. Until 2008 Klaus Meetz was manager and youth trainer at 1. VC Norderstedt , until he was sentenced to prison for fraud.
