Klaus Roller

Klaus Roller (born July 27, 1929 in Stuttgart ; † June 21, 2000 in Sindelfingen ) was a German church musician, organist and composer.

Life

Klaus Roller studied organ and church music. From 1956 until his retirement in 1995 he was a full-time church musician at the Martinskirche in Sindelfingen. He was appointed church music director by the Evangelical Church in Württemberg .

Roller worked at the Stuttgart University of Music and in many children's choirs. He was known to the Ruiter Singkreis. One of his students was Wolfram Graf .

His brother Joachim Roller is also a church musician.
