Kleinbracher Strasse 16 (Kleinbrach)
The property at Kleinbracher Straße 16 in Kleinbrach , a district of Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissinger architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian monument list under number D-6-72-114-200 .
history
Emergence
The former Zehnthof , the so-called Amblingsche Hof , was built as a single - storey half - hipped roof building in the late 18th century. The plastered house has simple, smooth, lightly drilled window and door frames.
The tithe barn with a half-hipped roof, which was also built in the late 18th century and made of stone masonry, belongs to the Zehnthof. The barn consists of unplastered ashlar masonry. The house and barn are parallel to each other.
There are also remains of the courtyard gate that was built at the same time. This consists of two large arched entrance gates between smaller, smoothly framed door openings.
Conversion to Zehnthof
In the corresponding repertory in the Würzburg State Archives , the signature “Adm. f (fiskal) 379/7156 ”documents the“ purchase of the building yard belonging to the Ambling heirs in Kleinbrach, whose burdens, privileges and usability ”and“ the intended purchase of the yard for the court chamber ”. The original documents from the 17th or 18th century were lost in the fire.
The entries in the repertory show that the prince-bishop's court chamber bought the property before 1802 and converted it into a tithe courtyard, where the citizens of Hausen and Kleinbrach (both now part of the town of Bad Kissingen) had to deliver their tithe . Kleinbrach thus became the seat of a prince-bishop's authority.
