Cabaret Kochsmühle

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Kochsmühle cabaret was founded in 1988 in the Kochsmühle in Obernburg am Main by the Kul-Tour eV working group.

The stage on the Bavarian Lower Main is looked after by voluntary association members and supported by the city of Obernburg am Main.

While the stage was initially managed by the board of directors in the economic area and by Urban Priol in the artistic area, today it is in the hands of AK Kul-Tour eV after Urban Priol founded the Aschaffenburg cabaret in the Hofgarten .

The guests included well-known cabaret artists such as Volker Pispers , Reiner Kröhnert , Ottfried Fischer , Hanns Dieter Hüsch , Thomas Freitag , Herrchens Frauchen and Django Asül .

The Obernburger Mühlstein is awarded annually by a jury in an invitation competition. Five young artists or groups are competing for this cabaret award .
