history

Paul Herschleb's dowry shop advertising car

The building was built in 1909 by Karl Tscherning in the neo-baroque style. The exterior of the building with a height of four and a half storeys speaks the language of the neo-baroque style. A central projection protrudes from the sloping corner of the building with a high, curved segment gable . A mansard hipped roof with dormers can be seen in the background of the high baroque curved gable . Tscherning also built the Adler pharmacy at the town hall. Paul Herschleb's shop sold dowry goods and also used an advertising car around 1900 for advertising purposes.
