The Klingeralm , also Klingalm , is an alpine pasture in the municipality of Schönau am Königssee .

The Klingeralm Kaser is a listed building and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under the number D-1-72-132-96 .

Building description

The Klingeralm's double cage is a single-storey, combed block construction on a natural stone base . The flat gable roof is covered with leg shingles, the west gable is also shingled. The ridge purlin is marked with the year 1846.

Todays use

The Klingeralm is no longer used for agriculture and there is no catering. The alpine pasture is now almost completely overgrown and the Kaser is surrounded by forest.

The Klingeralm is located almost 700 meters south-southeast as the crow flies and 383 meters below the Grünstein at an altitude of about 921  m above sea level. NN .
