history
The beginnings of the hospital go back to the initiative of the doctor Werner Raaflaub, specialist in gynecology and obstetrics, the notary Urfer and the private citizen Mr. Kohler. In 1944 they bought the property at Schänzlihalde 11 in Bern, which was built in 1911, and opened the clinic in 1945. Over time, the hospital has been continuously expanded and expanded. In 1990 the Hirslanden private hospital group took over the Beau-Site clinic.
