history
The monastery was probably founded in 1173 by Béraud VII. De Mercœur and occupied by the Aiguebelle monastery (according to other sources, the foundation of the Bellaigue monastery started out). So it belonged to the filiation of the primary abbey of Morimond . Féniers founded the daughter of the monastery Le Bouschet-Vauluisant . At the beginning of the 16th century, the monastery fell in Kommende . It was rebuilt in 1686. It came to an end during the French Revolution in 1790. The facility was largely destroyed by two fires in 1857 and 1872.
