The Marienwerder monastery cemetery in Hanover is a cemetery and garden monument . It borders the Marienwerder monastery church and has been used for burials since the 13th century. The walled area of ​​around 0.3 hectares is a listed building. The adjoining street from the monastery church to the garden courtyard settlement (built around 1965), which is also listed , has been called Quantelholz since 1964, after a nearby forest. It is unclear whether this name is derived from Quandel .
