The house Klosterhof 28 in Maulbronn , a town in the Enzkreis in Baden-Württemberg , is a half-timbered house in the former cloister courtyard of Maulbronn Monastery . The building is a protected cultural monument .

The long building was once the Pfisterei the monastery . It was built around 1520/21 and consists of a bricked ground floor made of Maulbronn sandstone , a half-timbered floor and two cantilevered roof floors . The stables for the donkeys of the millers and bakers were on the ground floor .
On the gable side , a covered staircase leads to the half-timbered upper floor, where the beams of the floor are clearly visible from the outside. About the attics, with short foot braces and no particular Zierfomen, there is a partial hip . The consoles on the corner and collar stands are decorated with notches.
