Klovningsalen ( Norwegian literally for wooden log saddle ) is a mountain saddle in Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . In Gjelsvikfjella it is in the area of the troll station .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 2007 based on the name of the neighboring Klovningen .
