Knockout - Born to Fight is an American boxer drama from 2011 starring Steve Austin and Daniel Magder.

Dan Barnes is a former professional boxer and now a janitor at a school. Dan tries to help Matthew Miller, who is new to the school as a student and is being bullied by others. While Matthew is learning to box to defend himself against the attacks, Dan has found a new role as a coach. Together they want to become middleweight champions.
