Koçcağız is a village in the district of Talas of the Turkish province of Kayseri . The place is about 25 kilometers east of the county seat and 30 kilometers east of the provincial capital Kayseri . Koçcağız is located on the eastern slope of the 2002 meter high Kuramaz Dağı Mountain .
