Kolja Brandt
Kolja Brandt (* 1969 in Berlin ) is a German cameraman .
Life
Kolja Brandt grew up in Berlin-Kreuzberg . He started his camera career in 1993 with Italian television. After returning to Germany in 1995, he began working for student films. His first feature film as a cameraman was Letting Go , published in 1998 . Since then he has worked as a cameraman for films such as Knallhart , Goethe! and north face responsible. For the latter, he was awarded the German Film Critics' Prize and the German Film Prize for Best Camera .
He lives in Berlin and has two sons.
