Komorani is a village in the municipality of Livno in western Bosnia and Herzegovina .

The place extends along the connecting road between Livno and Split on a stream in a rural area.

population

In a general geographic-statistical lexicon from 1853 it is said that the village had 56 houses and 320 inhabitants. In 2010, around 40 families lived in Komorani, and thus only half of the population as 30 years ago. A large number of the former residents of the village live and work in Germany or Croatia. Today's population practices cattle breeding and agriculture and produces high-quality cheese from a mixture of cow and sheep's milk, which is sold at the farmers' markets in the area.
