Komsa is a 2960 m high mountain in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the mountains of Sør Rondane it rises between the Komsbreen and the Salen .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped it in 1957 using aerial photographs taken during the US Operation Highjump (1946–1947). It is named after a cradle , as it has been used by the Sami since the times of the Komsa culture .
