The Komsomol Peninsula ( Russian Полуостров Комсомольский Poluostrow Komsomolski ) is a peninsula on the Princess Astrid coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It lies south to southwest of Dublitskiy Bay .
Soviet scholars named it after the Komsomol , the youth organization of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU).
