Konrad Egersdörfer
Konrad Hermann Egersdörfer (born January 21, 1868 in Steinbühl , † February 13, 1943 in Munich - Feldmoching ) was a German painter and illustrator, son of Georg Andreas Egersdörfer and Johanna geb. Kütt, brother of the painters Andreas Egersdörfer (1866–1946) and Heinrich Egersdörfer (1853–1915), married to Johanna Walter from October 15, 1899.
Konrad Egersdörfer studied from April 21, 1884 at the Royal Academy of Arts in Munich with Wilhelm von Diez .
After completing his studies, he worked as a painter and illustrator in Charlottenburg and later in Munich. He took part in the Great Berlin Art Exhibition , and exhibited in the Munich Glass Palace in 1907 and 1911. Egersdörfer was a member of the Association of German Illustrators.
