Konrad Krimm

Konrad Krimm (born November 9, 1946 in Stuttgart ) is a German historian and archivist .

Konrad Krimm studied history and German studies in Heidelberg, Vienna and Zurich from 1966 to 1971. In 1974 he received his doctorate from Heidelberg University . From 1974 to 1976 he completed his training as a senior archive service. From 1976 to 1994, Krimm was a scientific archivist at the General State Archive Karlsruhe , Main State Archive Stuttgart and the State Archive Directorate Baden-Württemberg , since 1994 Krimm has been archive director at the General State Archive Karlsruhe. Since 1987 he has been teaching regional history at the University of Karlsruhe , where he has been an honorary professor since 1997. Krimm is a member of the commission for historical regional studies in Baden-Württemberg and since 2000 chairman of the working group for historical regional studies on the Upper Rhine .
