KOSSA FC is a football club from the Solomon Islands , based in Honiara . He plays in the Telekom S-League and the Honiara FA League . The club colors are blue and yellow. The manager is Willie Lai. The team is trained by Jacob Moli.
From 2004 to 2006 the club was called Fairwest before it was renamed KOSSA FC.
Because of winning the championship in the 2006/2007 season, they were entitled to participate in the O-League in the 2007/2008 season .
O-League 2007/08
KOSSA FC played in Group B together with Tafea FC ( Vanuatu ) and Ba FC ( Fiji ) for a place in the final. The group's first game against Tafea FC ended in a 1-1 draw. In the second game you could beat Ba FC 2-0. The second game against Tafea ended with a 1-1 draw. After a 4: 2 in the last game against Ba, the team was able to move into the final. Here she met Waitakere United on April 26, 2008 and May 4, 2008 . In the first leg, KOSSA had home rights and won 3-1.
