Tafea Football Club is a football club based in Port Vila , Vanuatu .
Tafea FC won the first 15 championships since the start of the Vanuatu Port Vila Football League ( Amicale FC was the first club to break the series). With 15 consecutive championship titles, Tafea FC holds the world record of championships won in a row. The team reached the final of the 2001 OFC Champions Cup , in which it lost 1-0 to the Australian Wollongong Wolves .
