history
In 1935 the Ba Indian Football Association (BIFA) was established in Ba, a regional league for football teams from the Ba province. As part of this competition, the association was founded in 1935 with the support of Ami Chandra, a teacher from Ba and the local sugar company. In 1940 four teams played in the regional league, in the 1950s more clubs were founded and joined the BIFA. A selection team from Ba participated in a league organized by the Northern District Association .
Teams from the Western Division of the island of Viti Levu could take part . When the Fiji Football Association was formed in 1938 , Ba was one of its earliest members. The Ba Indian Football Association changed its name to the Ba Football Association to allow players of all nationalities to play at Ba FC.
