Samuela Nabenia (born February 9, 1995 in Ba Province ) is a Fijian football player who is usually called up in the defense. He has been under contract with Ba FC in his home country since 2015 and has been part of the Fijian national soccer team since 2016 .

Career

In August 2013 he left the Fijian football club Rewa FC and switched to Ba FC . After leaving the club after just a year, he returned to Ba FC in August 2015.

On May 31, 2016 he made his debut in the Fijian national soccer team under coach Frank Farina in the World Cup qualifier against the Solomon Islands . In the 1-0 win, he came on in the 78th minute for Rusiate Matarerega . He was also nominated by Frank Farina for the 2016 Summer Olympics . In the soccer competition he was substituted in for the 5-1 defeat against Mexico and the 10-10 defeat against Germany .
