The Höljes power plant is a hydropower plant in the municipality of Torsby , Värmland County , Sweden , which dams the Klarälven . It went into operation in 1962. The power plant is owned by Fortum and operated by Fortum.

The barrier structure consists of a stone embankment dam . The flood relief is on the right side of the river.
