The Narcea Power Plant ( Spanish Central térmica del Narcea ) is a coal-fired power plant in the municipality of Tineo , Autonomous Community of Asturias , Spain .
The installed capacity of the power plant is 595 MW . It is owned by Naturgy and operated by Naturgy. The power plant went into operation with the first unit in 1965; it was shut down on June 30, 2020.
The power plant consists of three blocks. The following table gives an overview:
