Kramer Island is a 3 km long and icy island of the Marshall Archipelago off the Saunders coast of the west Antarctic Marie-Byrd-Land . It lies in the Sulzberger Ice Shelf between Nolan Island and Court Ridge .
The United States Geological Survey mapped them using their own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1970 after Michael S. Kramer, a meteorologist at Byrd Station in 1968.
