Krasna Taliwka (Ukrainian Красна Талівка ; Russian Красная Таловка / Krasnaja Talowka ) is a village in the east of the Ukrainian Luhansk Oblast with about 1000 inhabitants.

The village, founded in 1913, is located on the left bank of the Derkul and, because of its location as a left bank strip of land within Russian territory, borders in the north and south on the Russian Oblast of Rostov ( Rajon Millerowo ). The district capital Stanyzja Luhanska is 45 kilometers southwest, the oblast capital Luhansk is 48 kilometers southwest.

Administratively, the village forms the district council of the same name within the Stanychno-Luhanske district , which also includes the right bank village of Krasnyj Derkul (Красний Деркул).

To the north of the village is the Krasna Taliwka border crossing into Russia. On August 26, 2014, terrorists attacked the border post, killing four Ukrainian soldiers.
