Krastana Stoewa (born January 3, 1941 in Stojkite (today part of the municipality of Smolyan ), † 2004 ) was a Bulgarian cross-country skier .

Stoewa started internationally for the first time at the 1960 Winter Olympics in Squaw Valley . There she was ninth over 10 km. At the 1962 Winter Universiade in Villars-sur-Ollon , she won the silver medal over 7.5 km. Two years later she came in 26th place over 10 km, 13th place over 5 km and fifth place with the relay at the Olympic Winter Games in Innsbruck . In the same year she won the silver medal over 5 km at the Winter Universiade in Špindlerův Mlýn . She ran her last international race in February 1966 at the World Championships in Oslo . There she achieved sixth place with the relay and fifth place over 5 km and 10 km. Before that, she won the gold medal at the Winter Universiade in Sestriere over 8 km and with the relay.
