Kreuzstein (Meinheim)

The Kreuzstein in Meinheim , a municipality in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen , is registered as an architectural monument in the Bavarian list of monuments under monument number D-5-77-150-22 .

It stands under a linden tree in the Gänsfeld corridor north of Meinheim, not far from State Road 2230 . It forms the remainder of a wayside cross of medieval origin. The cross stone is made of sandstone and about 70 centimeters high.
