The Krieriegel is 682 m above sea level. A. high mountain in the Rosaliengebirge in Burgenland . It is located in the municipality of Wiesen, southeast of the Lanzenkirchen cadastral municipality of Ofenbach and northwest of Forchtenstein . The border with Lower Austria , along which a hiking trail runs, runs only about 200 meters west of the summit . Neighboring mountains are the Heuberg ( 748 m , also known as Rosalia ) in the south, the Bauernmaiss ( 630 m ) in the north and the Kogel ( 537 m ) in the northeast.
