Kristian Korsholm Vetter (born July 17, 1964 in Denmark ) is a Danish musical performer , composer and cultural manager. He lives in Essen and speaks five languages.

Life

Vetter, originally a rock-baritone, received his musical training from Ian Adam in London, at the Camera Acting Center in Cologne and from Michael Mills at the Folkwang Hochschule in Essen. At the Aarhus Music Theater he had a leading role as 'Arbiter' in the musical Chess . Afterwards he acted with Kasper Holmboe in Copenhagen as 'Thuy' in Miss Saigon and in Atlantis. In 1999 he came to Duisburg in Germany and played 'Jean Valjean' and 'Thénardier' ​​in the musical Les Miserables . He was also there in Tabaluga & Lilli by Peter Maffay . After further engagements ( Jesus Christ Superstar in Tecklenburg; Titanic - Das Musical ; as Zoser in Aida in Essen and on the European tour) he had the role of 'Wolfram von Eschenbach' in the world premiere of Elisabeth - The Legend of a Saint . He then played 'Sam' in the musical Mamma Mia! At the Essen Colosseum Theater . The Dane, who otherwise specializes in the rather nasty roles, showed another facet of his portrayal. He composed the music for Oliver Twist . In 2009 and 2013 he played 'Scrooge' again in From the Spirit of Christmas in Düsseldorf as well as in the 2011 Christmas season in Füssen, Munich and Frankfurt.
