Kristiane Kondrat (born December 11, 1938 in Reșița , Kingdom of Romania ) is the pseudonym of the Romanian-German writer Aloisia Bohn .

Life

Born as Aloisia Fabry , she worked as a German teacher and cultural editor after studying German and Romanian at the Western University of Timisoara .

In 1968 her collection of poems rainbow appeared in the Bucharest youth publishing house under the name Luise Fabri. She has lived in Germany since 1973 and made her debut here in 1974 under the pseudonym Kristiane Kondrat with a poem in the features section of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung . She currently lives in Augsburg . As a freelance journalist, she worked in the field of culture for the Süddeutsche Zeitung . She is a member of the Association of German Writers . Kristiane Kondrat writes novels , short stories , poetry and satire .
