Kristin Tüttenberg

Kristin Tüttenberg (born April 7, 1941 in Berlin ) was a judge at the German Federal Social Court from 1992 to 2005 .

After completing her legal training, Tüttenberg entered the higher judicial service of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate , where she initially worked as a court assessor at the Mainz regional court . In 1973 she was appointed judge at the regional court .

In 1982 Tüttenberg switched from ordinary to social jurisdiction . In 1983 she was promoted to judge at the Regional Social Court and began working at the Regional Social Court of Rhineland-Palatinate . On January 1, 1988, she was appointed President of the Koblenz Social Court. From 1992 until her retirement in 2005, Tüttenberg was a judge at the Federal Social Court.

In addition to her judicial work, she was a member of the Presidium of the German Association of Judges from 1990 to 1995 , and from May 1992 she was Deputy Federal Chairwoman.
