Koblenz Social Court

The Koblenz Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of four social courts in Rhineland-Palatinate and has its seat in Koblenz . The president is Jürgen Didong .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Koblenz Social Court is locally responsible for the independent city of Koblenz as well as the districts of Ahrweiler , Altenkirchen (Westerwald) , Birkenfeld , Cochem-Zell , Mayen-Koblenz , Neuwied , the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis , Rhein-Hunsrück-Kreis and Westerwaldkreis . The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the State Social Court of Rhineland-Palatinate , located in Mainz , is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court in Kassel is superordinate to this.
