Mainz Social Court

The building of the Mainz Social Court, which also houses the Rhineland-Palatinate Regional Social Court and the Rhineland-Palatinate Regional Labor Court.

The Social Court Mainz is a dish of social jurisdiction of Rhineland-Palatinate .

Seat and District of the Court

The social court (SG) has its seat in Mainz . The judicial district includes the cities of Mainz and Worms , the districts of Mainz-Bingen , Alzey-Worms , Bad Kreuznach and Birkenfeld and, in the Rhein-Hunsrück district, the community of Kastellaun , the community of Kirchberg (Hunsrück) , the community of Rheinböllen and the community of Simmern / Hunsrück .

It is one of four social courts in the district of the State Social Court of Rhineland-Palatinate .

Courthouse

The courthouse is located at Ernst-Ludwig-Platz 1 in the Mainz-Altstadt district . It also houses the State Social Court of Rhineland-Palatinate and the State Labor Court of Rhineland-Palatinate .

Superior courts

The State Social Court of Rhineland-Palatinate and the Federal Social Court are superordinate to the Mainz Social Court.
